How To Get Started
1. You make the initial contact to Artistic Homes, where the owner, Martin will work directly with you to develop your projects plans.
2. Open and honest conversations are paramount throughout the entire process for a good successful experience.
3. Where required, professional Design Planners and Engineers will be utilized.
4. You will be guided to our various suppliers and sub-trades, as required, to select all your final choices of finishes, fixtures and colors.
5. On completion of the above, a detailed Quotation will be submitted.
6. The duration of organizing any Quotation is determined by the time it takes for the client to decide on every item required.
7. Every choice is required to complete a Quotation
8. When every detail is finalized, this document is signed to become a contract, (Our road map to an enjoyable journey through your project.)
9. Upon acceptance of the contract, there will be a deposit, which will vary according to the value of custom material that has to be ordered.
10. The project Start-Up date is not determined until the ordered materials have arrived.
11. Any required changes or unexpected issues occurring, may be changed with a “Change Order”.
